Tyler Fair, Director of Business Development

Prior to joining Serent, Tyler worked at Harvey & Company, a merchant banking firm in Newport Beach, where he originated and evaluated several successful acquisitions for middle-market private equity funds and strategic buyers. While there, he was actively involved in investment strategies in the industrials, business services, healthcare services and consumer products sectors.

Tyler focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships. He holds a B.S. in Regional Development and a minor in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
