Ryan J. Kerrigan, Managing Director, Origination

Prior to Serent Capital, Ryan spent five years as the President of TL Fabrications, a steel fabrication company that he purchased, operated and grew. Under his leadership, revenues tripled and profits quadrupled.

Previously, Ryan spent four years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, organizational issues, pricing and business valuation. His clients included leading companies in the insurance, financial services, chemicals and telecommunications industries.

Ryan has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business as well as an MSFS degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance.

Ryan serves on the boards of TL Fabrications and La Monarca Bakery, as well as two non-profit boards and the advisory board of the Kellogg Institute for International Studies at Notre Dame. He is an active member of YPO and Legatus.
