Nirupam Sinha, Associate

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Nirupam was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 executives on strategy and operational effectiveness issues. He focused primarily on the high-tech and financial services industries and served clients throughout North America and Europe. Nirupam also worked extensively with government and not-for-profit leaders on talent strategy questions and transformational change programs.

Previously, Nirupam was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers in New York, and he also spent time working in state government in Massachusetts.

Nirupam holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in American Government from Yale University.
