Kevin Frick, Partner

Prior to co-founding Serent Capital, Kevin was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led McKinsey's West Coast Private Equity practice. In that role, Kevin partnered with several leading private equity firms, helping them to evaluate high profile investments. Subsequent to investment, he worked with the management teams of those portfolio companies, helping them to achieve the goals established during the diligence process. During Kevin's tenure leading the practice, it achieved a 60+% compound annual growth rate.

Beyond his work with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies, Kevin has considerable experience at counseling executives at high growth companies on topics such as sales force design, pricing, marketing investments, new product/service design and introduction, and operational improvements. He has worked with over 100 companies in a counseling capacity with an exceptional track record of helping management teams achieve bottom-line improvements.

Kevin has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He also has a BS in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. In addition to the private company boards he sits on, Kevin is on the Board of the CFIDS Association of America, which works to make chronic fatigue syndrome widely understood, diagnosable, curable and preventable.
