Joel Kristoferson, Associate

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Joel was an investment professional at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, where he analyzed prospective buyout transactions and coordinated due diligence resources. He focused primarily on transactions in the healthcare, telecommunications and for-profit education sectors. Joel also was responsible for monitoring the performance of several large cap portfolio companies.

Previously, Joel worked at Boston Avenue Capital, where he researched investments in small publicly traded companies with strong management teams.

Joel holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
