David Kennedy, Partner

Prior to co-founding Serent Capital, David was the co-CEO of ServiceSource, an outsourcing business that grew revenues, profits, and employees organically by 10x under his leadership and returned over 20x to its shareholders over the same period.

Previously, David had been a founding partner of Crystal Springs Capital, which made a control investment in ServiceSource. That transaction allowed the founders of ServiceSource to achieve significant liquidity while still retaining operational involvement and participating in the success of the business.

Prior to his tenure at Crystal Springs Capital, David spent six years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on operational effectiveness and strategy in both the US and Europe. David's experience also includes serving as a senior manager for HJ Heinz, where he commissioned and led their first green-field factory in Russia.

David has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller scholar, and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies. He also has undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from University College Dublin in Ireland, both received with first class honors.

David also serves on the board of 1Life Healthcare.
