Daniel Tan, Associate

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Daniel was an Investment Banker with Barclays Capital's Global Technology Group in New York. While there, he advised clients in the payment processing, datacenter services, and software spaces. His transaction experience includes leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings.

Daniel holds a B.A. in Economics and Music from Vassar College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with General and Departmental honors. He is a commissioned officer of the Singapore Armed Forces.
