Aaron Dupuis, Principal

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Aaron was a Vice President at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe where he invested in a wide range of healthcare and business services industries. Previously, Aaron worked at Berkshire Partners doing leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Aaron subsequently worked for Avery Weigh-Tronix, a Berkshire portfolio company, in a number of strategy and general management roles. At Avery, Aaron led the turnaround of the Company's US West Coast Division, doubling profitability in one year. Aaron began his career in management consulting at Bain & Company.

Aaron has a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
