This often takes place within 72 hours. If we are interested, we are able to leverage our research and move quickly to complete a transaction.

Throughout the process, we place a high value on primary data, analysis, and observations, because to be true business partners in helping drive value post-close, we want and need to understand how, where, and to what degree value will be driven.

We also use the period of due diligence to build a long-term partnership with management. We believe that strong management is the single most important ingredient in building a world-class company. Accordingly, we carve out a significant equity stake for our management teams.
